Are you insured?
Yes. Premier Cleaning & Janitorial, LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every employee. A certificate of insurance is provided with every proposal as standard practice. We are insured but not bonded.
How quickly can you start service?
Most accounts go from first phone call to first cleaning in 7–14 days. Compliance-sensitive accounts like medical and food service may take a little longer because of the walk-through and onboarding. For post-construction or one-time deep cleans we can often schedule within 48–72 hours.
Yes. Most of our office, retail and medical accounts are cleaned after hours or overnight. Restaurants are typically cleaned after close. Our crews are trained on the alarm and key protocol specific to your building before their first shift.
Yes. We bring all chemicals, equipment and microfiber. We prioritise environmentally friendly, low-VOC products wherever they perform to standard. If you have a preferred brand of soap or paper products we can stock and bill those, or you can supply your own.
Janitorial is the recurring nightly work — trash, restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, high-touch disinfection — on a fixed schedule. Commercial cleaning usually refers to periodic project work like floor stripping and waxing, carpet extraction, window washing or post-construction cleaning. We do both.
