Office Cleaning Services in Mobile & Baldwin County, AL

Nightly and weekly office cleaning that makes Monday morning feel like a fresh start the same crew, the same checklist, and a supervisor inspection every week.

Premier Cleaning & Janitorial employee vacuuming office floor

Office buildings across Mobile and Baldwin County rely on Premier Cleaning & Janitorial for nightly cleaning, weekly restroom deep cleaning, periodic floor care and the accumulated small details that determine whether a workspace feels looked-after or merely tidied.

We clean Class A office towers in downtown Mobile, professional buildings along Airport Boulevard and Schillinger Road in West Mobile, multi-tenant offices across the Eastern Shore, and standalone offices for law firms, CPA practices, insurance agencies, engineering consultancies and real estate brokerages.

Offices and clinics are the two settings our crews work in most often. Whatever you have, we have almost certainly cleaned something structurally similar — and we can show you how during a free walk-through.

Getting the frequency right

How often should your office be cleaned?

Frequency is the single biggest lever on both cost and result, and most offices are on the wrong setting usually because they inherited a schedule rather than chose one.

  • Under 10 employees, no public traffic. Two or three nights a week is usually right. Restrooms are the constraint, not desks.
  • 10–50 employees. Five nights, nearly always. Soil load compounds faster than most managers expect and a skipped night shows by Thursday.
  • Any visitor lobby or client-facing reception. Five nights minimum regardless of headcount. The lobby is the room being judged.
  • Shared or multi-tenant common areas. Frequency is usually set by the landlord; we can quote both the common areas and your suite.

Counterintuitively, more frequent service often costs less per visit. Soil removed nightly never builds into the kind of deposit that needs machine work.

Floor surfaces

Matching chemistry to the surface

Most avoidable floor damage in offices comes from using one cleaner everywhere. We identify every surface during the walk-through and set chemistry accordingly.

  • VCT — daily damp mop, scrub and recoat every 3–6 months, strip and wax every 12–18
  • LVT — no-wax in most cases; damp mop and periodic machine scrub
  • Polished concrete — neutral pH only, dust mop daily, periodic burnish
  • Hardwood and engineered wood — specialty cleaner, never flooded
  • Carpet tile and broadloom — daily vacuum, quarterly hot water extraction
  • Ceramic tile and grout — restroom grout scrubbed on a set cycle
  • Natural stone — pH-neutral only; acidic cleaners etch marble and limestone permanently

Frequently asked questions

How many nights per week should my office be cleaned?

It depends on headcount, visitor traffic and restroom count. Offices under ten people often do well on two or three nights. Ten to fifty typically needs five. Anything with a client-facing lobby needs five regardless of size. We recommend a frequency in the walk-through quote and explain the reasoning.

Do you clean inside individual offices, or just empty the trash?

Either. The most common arrangement is a full clean in offices left unlocked and trash-only in offices that stay locked. We follow your access policy exactly and never enter a space we've been told not to.

Can you supply our paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap?

Yes. Most clients prefer we manage consumables — we stock, deliver and bill at wholesale plus a small handling fee, which usually still beats retail. You're equally welcome to supply your own and we'll simply track levels and tell you when you're low.

What happens if something gets missed?

Tell us. We don't argue, charge or delay. A crew returns within 24 hours and the missed item is added to your account checklist so it doesn't recur. Our weekly supervisor inspections exist specifically to catch these before you do.

Do you clean during business hours or after?

Whichever you prefer. Most offices choose after hours so crews can work quickly without interrupting anyone. Some clients prefer a daytime presence for restroom resets. Both are workable.

How do I know the crew actually showed up?

Our crews clock in and out through a system that records real-time location. You receive a timestamped record of every visit, and the same system connects the crew on site directly to management and to your point of contact.

Can you handle a multi-tenant building or several locations?

Yes. Multi-location and multi-tenant accounts get one point of contact, one consolidated invoice and one monthly inspection report covering every site, with a dedicated crew assigned per location.

Are your cleaning products safe for people with allergies or asthma?

We prioritize environmentally friendly, low-VOC products across all accounts. If your office has specific sensitivities — fragrance-free, dye-free, latex-free — we adjust the chemical kit for your building at no extra cost.
