Two counties, one office

How service works across two counties

Mobile County and Baldwin County are separated by Mobile Bay. Baldwin crews cross it on the I-10 Bayway or on US 90/98 over Battleship Parkway. Here is what stays the same on both sides of the bay:

  • Walk-through at your building. A free visit with a written proposal and certificate of insurance. We carry general liability and workers’ comp on every employee.
  • After-hours crews. Most accounts are cleaned between 5 PM and 6 AM, with the same crew on the same account.
  • The same process. Our documented 7-step process, GPS clock-in and weekly supervisor inspection apply in every building.
  • Our own people. More than 30 W-2 employees, no subcontractors or staffing agencies, each cleared by a nationwide criminal background check.

We are active members of the Southwest Mobile County Chamber of Commerce and the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, which covers Daphne, Fairhope and Spanish Fort.

Drive times

Approximate drive times from our Mobile office

  • Fairhope: about 30 minutes
  • Robertsdale: about 34 minutes

Frequently asked questions

What areas do you serve for commercial cleaning?

We serve all of Mobile County and all of Baldwin County, Alabama. That includes Mobile, Saraland, Prichard, Tillmans Corner, Theodore, Semmes, Chickasaw, Citronelle, Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Foley, Summerdale, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Robertsdale and Bay Minette. We serve commercial buildings only.

Do you serve Baldwin County from a Mobile office?

Yes. Our staffed office is at 11 N Water St in downtown Mobile, and crews reach Baldwin County by the I-10 Bayway or US 90/98. We quote each building after a free walk-through at your facility, so the office location does not change how we evaluate your building.

Is there a minimum size for a building?

We do not publish a minimum. Instead, the walk-through shows whether a schedule makes sense for your space and distance. For a small office far from Mobile, we may recommend fewer visits per week and say so plainly. We would rather match the plan to your building than oversell it.

Do you clean after hours in every town?

Yes. Most accounts are cleaned between 5 PM and 6 AM, or overnight, in every town we serve. Your building's access policy and alarm protocol set the details. For daytime needs, such as restroom resets, we scope a day porter service separately.

Do you clean churches, schools and clinics?

Yes to schools and clinics, which are listed services today. We also offer church cleaning. Each type has its own scope: classrooms and restrooms for schools, EPA-registered disinfectants at full dwell time for clinics, and sanctuaries and fellowship halls for churches.

How do I get a quote?

Call (251) 272-5088 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or use the contact page. We schedule a free walk-through at your facility, then send a written proposal with scope, frequency and a certificate of insurance.
