Ongoing janitorial service under a written scope: the same crew on your account, a weekly supervisor inspection, and one point of contact.
Janitorial service is the ongoing model: a defined scope, performed on a set schedule, by a crew that learns your building and is held to a checklist. It is different from calling someone to clean once. Premier Cleaning & Janitorial, LLC has run commercial janitorial accounts in Mobile since 2021, and we work only in commercial buildings.
Most of our accounts are cleaned after hours, between 5 PM and 6 AM, so nobody works around a vacuum. Every crew member is a W-2 employee of ours, not a subcontractor or a staffing-agency placement, and each one has passed a nationwide criminal background check before a first shift. Across Mobile and Baldwin counties we clean more than 1.3 million square feet a month.
This page explains how a janitorial contract works: what is cleaned nightly and weekly, how the walk-through and proposal go, and how we check our own work. If you only need a single deep clean, commercial cleaning is the better fit.
Scope of work
Every account gets a written scope built from the walk-through. This is the typical structure, adjusted to your building.
Who we serve
Know the terms
People use these words loosely, and vendors sometimes blur them on purpose. Here is how we use them.
If your building is occupied every week, recurring janitorial service is usually the better value. Soil removed nightly never builds into the kind of deposit that needs machine work.
How it works
The process is the same for every account, and none of it requires you to commit before you have seen it.
If something is missed, tell us. We correct it and add it to your account checklist so it does not recur.
Pre-inspection, dust, trash, wipe down, restrooms and break rooms, floors, final inspection. Same order, every service night, every building we clean.

Janitorial service means recurring, scheduled cleaning and upkeep of a commercial building under a defined scope. It typically covers trash, restrooms, floors, dusting and high-touch disinfection, performed by a consistent crew. It differs from a one-time clean because the work is repeated and checked against a standard.
Janitorial service is the ongoing, contract-based routine. Commercial cleaning is the wider category that includes janitorial plus one-off and project work, such as carpet extraction or post-construction cleanup. Many buildings use both: a nightly janitorial scope with periodic project add-ons scheduled around it.
The core is trash and recycling, restroom sanitizing and restocking, floor care, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Weekly and monthly tasks add detail work such as baseboards, vents and grout. We write the exact list into your proposal after a walk-through, so nothing is assumed.
It depends on headcount, visitor traffic and restroom count. Smaller offices with no public traffic often do well on two or three nights a week. Busier buildings and anything with a visitor lobby usually need five. We recommend a frequency during the walk-through and explain why.
We write the term into the proposal, so you will see it before agreeing to anything. Ask about it during the walk-through. We would rather earn the account each month through inspections and results than rely on a clause to keep it.
Yes. We assign a consistent crew to each account, all W-2 employees with nationwide criminal background checks completed before their first shift. A stable crew learns your layout, your access rules and what you notice. We do not use subcontractors or staffing agencies.
Crews clock in and out with GPS, so there is a timestamped record of each visit. A supervisor also inspects the account weekly against the written checklist. If you spot a miss between inspections, call us and we will return to correct it.
Yes. We serve all of Mobile County and Baldwin County, from Saraland and Theodore to Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort and Foley. Our office is in downtown Mobile, and Spanish Fort is roughly a 15 minute drive. Walk-throughs happen at your facility.
