Equipment sanitation, locker room deep cleaning and mat hygiene — the three things members quietly judge you on, handled overnight so your floor is ready at open.

Fitness facilities lose members over two specific things: locker rooms that smell, and equipment that visibly isn’t clean. Neither is difficult to solve. Both require a documented schedule and somebody who actually follows it.
Premier Cleaning & Janitorial cleans 24-hour gyms, boutique studios, CrossFit boxes, martial arts academies, swim schools and corporate fitness centers across Mobile and Baldwin County. Our crews work the overnight window so equipment is dry, mirrors are clear and the locker room is reset before your first member badges in.
We use safe, non-corrosive cleaning agents that kill effectively without degrading vinyl upholstery, chrome, powder-coated frames or electronic consoles a distinction that matters when a single cardio unit costs several thousand dollars.
Scope of work
Buyers care about frequency more than task lists. Here is exactly what happens when.
Who we serve
Retention risk
Gym shower grout accumulates body soil and mildew faster than almost any commercial surface. Daily disinfection alone won’t hold it. You need a weekly grout scrub and a quarterly regrout assessment, or the smell comes back no matter how often the floor is mopped.
Cardio handles, grip surfaces, cable attachments and door handles need disinfection on a documented schedule — twice daily for staffed facilities, nightly minimum for 24-hour operations. Cleaning and disinfecting are two separate steps, and skipping the dwell time is the most common shortcut in this industry.
Yoga, BJJ, MMA and tumbling mats are their own specialty. Sweat, skin and bare feet make mats a documented transmission route for staph and ringworm. We use mat-specific antimicrobial cleaner at full dwell time and follow the manufacturer’s chemistry guidance — never general-purpose floor cleaner.
Aquatic facilities
Aquatic facilities need chemistry that copes with chlorine off-gassing, preserves slip resistance and interrupts the locker-room-to-deck contamination loop.

es. Most 24-hour accounts are cleaned between 1 AM and 5 AM when member traffic is lowest. Crews work around the handful of overnight members without disrupting them.
Both, and they are separate steps. We physically clean to remove soil, then disinfect with an EPA-registered product held for its full dwell time. Wiping a machine with a damp cloth is cleaning, not disinfecting.
No. We use non-corrosive, equipment-safe agents chosen to protect vinyl upholstery, chrome, powder coating and electronic consoles. Harsh disinfectants crack vinyl and cloud console screens, and replacing a cardio unit costs far more than using the right chemical.
Yes. Yoga, BJJ, tumbling and gymnastics mats all require surface-appropriate products. We follow your mat manufacturer's chemistry specification.
Yes. Refilling member wipe dispensers and spray bottles is included in the nightly scope on most gym accounts.
Odor is almost always a grout, drain or ventilation problem rather than a surface problem. We assess all three during the walk-through and build the right combination of grout treatment, drain maintenance and duct cleaning into the scope. Masking it with fragrance is not a solution.
Yes. Ventilation and air duct cleaning reduces circulating dust, allergens and odor, and it's one of the higher-impact services for a facility where members are breathing hard.
Yes. Boutique studios usually need a tight turnaround between the last evening class and the first morning class. We build the scope to fit that window and prioritise the surfaces members touch in class.
