Commercial Cleaning Services
in Mobile & Baldwin County, AL

Janitorial, floor care, glass, disinfection and project cleaning for commercial buildings, delivered by one W-2 crew and checked every week.

Premier Cleaning & Janitorial provides commercial cleaning services to businesses across Mobile and Baldwin County. We are commercial only. Founded in Mobile in 2021, we employ more than 30 W-2 staff, use no subcontractors or staffing agencies, and clean over 1.3 million square feet a month. Most accounts are cleaned after hours, between 5 PM and 6 AM, so your building is ready when your people are.

Every service runs on the same documented 7-step process, the same crew on the same account, GPS clock-in, and a weekly supervisor inspection. Below is everything we offer, grouped by what you are trying to solve. Not sure which you need? A free walk-through at your building gives you a written proposal that covers the scope, the schedule and a certificate of insurance. Call (251) 272-5088 or request a walk-through.

Buyer guide

How to choose a cleaning company

Most bad cleaning relationships start with a proposal that looked the same as the others. These are the questions that separate them.

  • Employees or subcontractors? Ask who is actually in your building. Our crew are W-2 employees, with no subcontractors or staffing agencies.
  • Insurance. Ask for a certificate showing general liability and workers’ comp on every employee. We include one with every proposal.
  • Background checks. Every person with your keys should be screened. Ours clear a nationwide criminal check before their first shift.
  • Same crew? Rotating crews mean your building is relearned each week. We keep the same crew on the same account.
  • Inspection. Ask who checks the work and how often. A supervisor inspects our accounts weekly.
  • Verification. GPS clock-in gives you a timestamped record of each visit.

Be wary of any vendor who will not say what they do not do. We do not do surgical suite terminal cleaning, for instance, and we will tell you so rather than take the account.

The walk-through

What a walk-through covers

A walk-through is how we scope your building accurately instead of guessing from square footage. It happens at your facility and costs nothing.

  • Layout and traffic. Where people enter, where soil builds and how many restrooms and break rooms there are.
  • Surfaces. Every floor type, glass area and specialty surface, so chemistry is matched correctly.
  • Access and schedule. Keys, alarms, locked offices and the nights that suit you.
  • Frequency. What each area needs, nightly, weekly or periodic, and what can wait.
  • Special concerns. Allergies, fragrance sensitivities, vaccination policies or security rules.
  • The written proposal. Scope, schedule and certificate of insurance, delivered in writing.

Our office at 11 N Water St, Suite 10290, Mobile is staffed Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but meetings and walk-throughs take place at your building.

Frequently asked questions

What commercial cleaning services are available in Mobile, AL?

We provide janitorial, office, medical, school, gym and event venue cleaning, plus floor care, window cleaning, disinfection, upholstery cleaning, pressure washing of entryways and post-construction cleaning. Service covers all of Mobile County and Baldwin County. That includes day porter service and church cleaning.

Do you serve Baldwin County as well as Mobile?

Yes. We serve all of Mobile County and Baldwin County, from Saraland and Theodore to Daphne, Fairhope, Foley and Gulf Shores. Drive time from our Mobile office is roughly 15 minutes to Spanish Fort and about 70 minutes to Gulf Shores. We confirm the schedule for your location at the walk-through.

What is the difference between janitorial and commercial cleaning?

The terms overlap. Janitorial usually means the recurring daily or weekly upkeep of a building: trash, restrooms, floors, dusting. Commercial cleaning can also include periodic and project work such as strip and wax, carpet extraction or post-construction cleaning. We offer both under one crew and one proposal.

Do you clean after hours?

Yes. Most of our accounts are cleaned after hours, between 5 PM and 6 AM, or overnight. Some clients prefer a daytime presence for restroom resets, and that is workable too. We schedule around your operation and confirm it in the written proposal.

Are you insured and background-checked?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation on every employee, and a certificate of insurance comes with every proposal. Every employee passes a nationwide criminal background check before their first shift. Ask for the certificate at the walk-through and we will go through it with you.

How do I get a quote?

Book a free walk-through. We visit your facility, scope the work by surface and frequency, and send a written proposal with a certificate of insurance. Call (251) 272-5088 during office hours, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, or use the contact page.
