Commercial Cleaning
in Baldwin County, AL

Janitorial service for offices, clinics, schools, churches and retail across the nine Baldwin County towns we serve, scheduled from our downtown Mobile office.

Baldwin County is the largest county in Alabama by area, at about 2,027 square miles, and the fourth most populous with 231,767 residents at the 2020 census. A building in Spanish Fort and a building in Gulf Shores are both in Baldwin County, but they are more than an hour apart and they do not clean alike. This page explains how we serve commercial buildings across the county from our staffed office at 11 N Water St in Mobile.

Premier Cleaning & Janitorial is commercial-only. We serve all nine towns listed below, quote every building after a free walk-through at your facility, schedule crews after hours (5 PM to 6 AM) and keep the same crew on the same account. We are active members of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, which covers Daphne, Fairhope and Spanish Fort.

Town pages with local detail: Daphne, Spanish Fort, Fairhope, Foley and Gulf Shores. We also serve Orange Beach, Summerdale, Robertsdale and Bay Minette.

Three parts of the county

How scheduling works across Baldwin County

Drive time from our Mobile office is the main planning variable, so we think of the county in four parts. All times are approximate, in free-flowing traffic:

  • The Eastern Shore: Spanish Fort (about 15 minutes), Daphne (about 19) and Fairhope (about 30). These three towns share a chamber and a single stretch of US 98 and I-10. Fairhope is about 6 miles south of Daphne. Crews cross Mobile Bay on the I-10 Bayway or Battleship Parkway after the evening commute. See Spanish Fort, Daphne and Fairhope.
  • Central and south Baldwin: Robertsdale (about 34 minutes), Summerdale (about 43) and Foley (about 51). Robertsdale calls itself the hub of Baldwin County and sits on US 90, with I-10 exits. Summerdale lies on AL-59 between Robertsdale and Foley. See Foley.
  • The Gulf beaches: Gulf Shores and Orange Beach (about 70 minutes each). Tourism drives these two towns. Longer trips suit nightly or several-times-a-week service, and we group visits when we can. See Gulf Shores.
  • North Baldwin: Bay Minette (about 43 minutes). The county seat sits on US 31 and AL-59 and has a community college campus and county government offices.

For distant towns we ask about the schedule you need before quoting, because frequency, crew size and drive time together set what a sensible plan looks like. We would rather tell you a nightly crew does not fit a small office 70 minutes away than sell it to you.

Coastal conditions

What the Gulf Coast does to commercial buildings

Baldwin County is one of only two Alabama counties that touch the Gulf of Mexico. That shapes cleaning needs more than most buyers expect.

  • Humidity and rain. Summers are humid subtropical, with highs near 90 degrees. Carpet dries slowly and wet entrances need mats and attention.
  • Spring pollen. Oak, pine, maple and cedar pollen peaks from March into April, coating entry glass, vents and window tracks.
  • Tourist seasonality. At Gulf Shores and Orange Beach the peak is summer, with spring and fall shoulder seasons and winter visitors from the north. Schedules and floor projects fit the slow weeks.
  • Hurricane season. Frederic, Ivan, Katrina and Sally all hit this coast. We scope storm and water-event cleaning and plan storm-day access with you in advance.

None of this changes the 7-step process we follow in every building. It changes what we emphasize inside it: entrances, glass, carpet drying and floor finish.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide commercial cleaning in Baldwin County, AL?

Yes. We serve commercial buildings in Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Foley, Summerdale, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Robertsdale and Bay Minette from our staffed Mobile office. We quote after a free walk-through at your facility. Call (251) 272-5088 or use the contact page.

Which Baldwin County towns are closest to your office?

Spanish Fort, at about 15 minutes, and Daphne, at about 19, are closest. Fairhope is about 30 minutes, Robertsdale about 34, Bay Minette and Summerdale about 43, Foley about 51, and Gulf Shores and Orange Beach about 70. All times are approximate and assume free-flowing traffic.

How do walk-throughs work if your office is in Mobile?

We come to your building. The walk-through happens at your facility, and we note floors, restrooms, glass, access and alarm details. A written proposal follows, with scope, frequency and a certificate of insurance. Plan the visit for a time when we can also see the space as it is used.

Do you clean after hours in Baldwin County?

Yes. Most of our accounts are cleaned between 5 PM and 6 AM, or overnight. Crews clock in by GPS and a supervisor inspects each account weekly. Where a client needs daytime restroom or entrance resets, we scope a day porter service separately.

Do you serve Gulf Shores and Orange Beach?

Yes, though they are about 70 minutes from our office, so we discuss frequency before quoting. A schedule of several visits a week, or a project-based plan for floor care and window cleaning, often fits better than a nightly crew. We say so up front.

Do you handle storm cleanup after hurricanes?

Yes. Storm cleanup and post-restoration handover cleaning are services we offer. We cannot guarantee a response time, but we scope the work after a walk-through and coordinate with your restoration contractor. For planned service, we agree a storm-day plan with you in advance.

Are you members of a Baldwin County chamber?

Yes. We are active members of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, whose members are businesses in Daphne, Fairhope and Spanish Fort. We are also members of the Southwest Mobile County Chamber of Commerce. Both memberships are current, and we list them so you can verify them.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. Every employee is covered by workers' compensation, and we carry general liability insurance with a certificate of insurance on every proposal. Each employee passes a nationwide criminal background check before a first shift.
