Premier Cleaning & Janitorial, LLC was founded by Aaron Hudgins on September 24, 2021 and is headquartered at 11 N Water Street in downtown Mobile. We serve commercial clients across Mobile County and Baldwin County — offices, medical practices, retail stores, schools, event venues, industrial facilities and gyms.
The company was built around a specific observation about this industry: cleaning quality almost never fails suddenly. It degrades. A vendor is excellent for two months, good for six, and by month twelve the client is quietly shopping for a replacement. Almost every element of how we operate — the documented 7-step process, the weekly supervisor inspection, the same crew on the same account, the GPS clock-in — exists to interrupt that pattern before it starts.
Since founding we have grown to 30+ employees cleaning over 1.3 million square feet monthly, and we have been recognized twice by the Southwest Mobile County Chamber of Commerce.

Aaron founded Premier Cleaning & Janitorial in 2021 and remains directly involved in quoting, hiring and account oversight. When you call the office during business hours, he is one of the people who might answer.
Gabriel Puello has served as Operations Manager for Premier Cleaning & Janitorial since 2025. He runs scheduling, staffing, and supplies across every account, keeping crews equipped and sites serviced on time. He’s the direct line between the field and the client solving problems before they become complaints.

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every employee, and a certificate of insurance is provided with every proposal. To be precise: we are insured, but we are not bonded. We'd rather state that plainly than let a claim sit on the website that doesn't hold up.
We prioritise environmentally preferable, low-VOC products wherever they perform to standard, and we're glad to build a fully green chemical kit for clients who want one. We won't claim a product is doing something it isn't — where a hospital-grade disinfectant is the right call for patient safety, we use it and tell you why.
