Exam room sanitization with EPA-registered chemicals and microfiber color-coded to reduce cross-contamination, for clinics, dental practices, urgent care and specialty offices.
A medical office has a cleaning profile no ordinary office matches: patient-facing appearance standards, high-touch waiting areas, close scrutiny, and clinical staff who notice immediately when something has been missed.
Premier Cleaning & Janitorial cleans primary care offices, dental and orthodontic practices, urgent care centers, imaging centers and specialty clinics across Mobile and Baldwin County. Clinics are one of the two settings our crews work in most often, and our medical scope reflects that.
Every crew member assigned to a medical account is our own W-2 employee who has cleared a full nationwide criminal background check before their first shift.
Scope of work
Buyers care about frequency more than task lists. Here is exactly what happens when.
Who we serve
Scope honesty
We do not provide terminal cleaning for surgical suites, operating rooms, or ICU and critical care areas. That work requires a CIMS-GB or EVS-certified hospital cleaning specialist and we will tell you so rather than take the account.
We also don’t perform crime scene biohazard remediation, large-volume bodily fluid cleanup or trauma cleanup. We handle routine sharps container management and red-bag waste staging in line with your facility’s protocol using NIOSH-approved PPE — and nothing beyond that.
Being clear about the boundary matters more in healthcare than in any other setting we work in. A vendor who won’t tell you what they can’t do is the vendor to be careful of.
A particular focus
Dental offices are harder to clean well than most general medical offices. Aerosolized particulates from handpieces and ultrasonic scalers settle in places nobody thinks to check. Chair surrounds, delivery units and waterline housings need attention that general cleaners routinely miss. Patient turnover is fast — often four to six per chair per day — so the reset window between patients is short.
Our dental scope covers operatory surfaces, mounted equipment surrounds, sterilization area floors, radiography room walls, and reception deep cleaning at a frequency matched to your patient volume.
Pre-inspection, dust, trash, wipe down, restrooms and break rooms, floors, final inspection. Same order, every service night, every building we clean.

EPA-registered chemicals, used the way the label directs. Our standard method is spray and wipe with clean microfiber, surface by surface. If your practice requires a specific product, we can work with it.
Our microfiber cloths are color-coded to reduce cross-contamination. Cloths used in restrooms never touch exam rooms, counters or waiting-area surfaces, and they are laundered separately. It is a basic practice and we apply it on every medical account.
Yes. Many medical clients prefer mid-day or early evening service so exam rooms are reset between the morning and afternoon patient blocks. We schedule around your patient flow rather than the other way round.
We require crews on medical accounts to meet each facility's vaccination and screening policy. If your practice requires Hepatitis B, influenza, MMR or COVID-19 vaccination, we comply — or we decline the account. We don't place staff who don't meet your standard.
In a limited and specific way. We stage red-bag waste and manage sharps containers according to your written protocol, using NIOSH-approved PPE. We do not transport, treat or dispose of regulated medical waste — that requires a licensed medical waste hauler.
Yes. General liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every employee. A certificate of insurance accompanies every proposal. We are insured but not bonded.
Yes. Veterinary clinics have their own profile — animal dander, kennel areas, higher organic soil load and different odor control demands. We scope them separately from human healthcare.
