Janitorial service for Gulf Shores and Orange Beach businesses, planned in advance from our Mobile office, about 70 minutes away.
The beach economy sets the terms for commercial cleaning in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Together the two cities have about 23,000 year-round residents, and 7.1 million visitors to Baldwin County’s beaches in 2025. Offices, management companies, event spaces, schools and retail all work around that cycle, and summer is no longer the only busy season.
Premier Cleaning & Janitorial is a commercial-only janitorial company based at 11 N Water St in downtown Mobile. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are each roughly 70 minutes away, the farthest we travel. We treat that as a scheduling fact: service here is planned in advance, typically after hours, with the same crew, GPS clock-in and a weekly supervisor inspection. We do not name clients or imply accounts here. Start with a free walk-through and see our 7-step process.
Services on the Alabama coast
Coastal buildings need more entry, floor and glass attention than inland ones. Here is how our services fit.

How service works from Mobile
Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are about 70 minutes from our office, free-flow, and longer in peak weekend traffic. We plan around that honestly rather than hide it.
Peak-season weekends can slow travel, so we agree arrival windows in advance. Call (251) 272-5088, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Yes. We serve all of Baldwin County, including both cities, from our staffed office in downtown Mobile. Service is planned in advance, typically after hours. We do not name or imply existing accounts there, so the free walk-through is how you judge our process.
About 70 minutes free-flow to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, longer in peak-season weekend traffic. We plan visits and arrival windows with you, so recurring service stays predictable. It is scheduled work, not on-demand dispatch, and we say that up front so you can plan around it. Ask us at the walk-through what pattern fits your building.
It can. Traffic is heavier on summer weekends and holidays, and event spaces may need overnight turnover. We set a visit calendar at the walk-through and adjust frequency for busy periods. A day porter can cover restrooms and trash during open hours.
Sand and salt need more entry attention than inland buildings. We vacuum entries thoroughly, keep mats cleaned, and schedule exterior glass and track cleaning more often. Hard floors may need periodic burnishing or scrub and recoat. We confirm the right cycle at the walk-through.
Yes. We clean ballrooms, meeting rooms and halls after events, including floors, restrooms, glass and high-touch surfaces. Overnight turnover can be scheduled around your booking calendar. Space with carpet, hard floors and glass is scoped surface by surface. See our event venue cleaning page.
Yes. Orange Beach is about 70 minutes from our office, the same as Gulf Shores, and gets the same scheduling, crew model and inspection routine. We can quote both cities together if you have offices in each, with one point of contact and a walk-through at each location.
Yes. We provide storm cleanup and post-restoration handover cleaning for commercial buildings. Scope depends on the damage, and we assess on site before quoting. We do not do structural repair or water extraction, and we will tell you plainly if a job needs a restoration contractor first.
